Helping You Find Your Way Back to Yourself

Sometimes life gets so busy that we stop checking in with ourselves. We keep going, take care of what needs to be done, and tell ourselves we’ll slow down later.

If that feels familiar, you’re welcome here.

This is a place to pause, get curious about what you’re noticing, and begin reconnecting with yourself—one small step at a time.

When You Have Lost Touch with Yourself

What if nothing is wrong with you?

What if you've simply become so busy listening to the expectations around you that you've lost touch with your own inner voice?

Perhaps this isn't about becoming someone new.
Perhaps it's about finding your way back to yourself.

A Little About Me

I’m Natascha Polomski, MSc CIH (BioEW), a Self-Trust & Awareness Guide and BioEnergetic Wellness Professional based on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. I offer individual guidance online and in person, as well as in-person vibrational sessions and group experiences.

Through conversation and practical awareness experiences, we can explore what you are noticing, what matters to you, and what a next step might look like.

There are different ways to experience sound: a sound bath, a sound meditation, a Klangmassage, or a guided sound journey incl. intention, journaling, and reflection.

Individual experiences with vibration and optional sound, including singing bowls and tuning forks, with time to notice your responses.

Learn how awareness of your body, emotions and surroundings can inform the way you respond to everyday life.

Learn and practise awareness with others through workshops and group experiences.

Learning Together

Sometimes a story, a conversation, or a simple practice helps us notice something we hadn’t seen before. Explore articles, podcast conversations, and practical resources that invite you to get curious about your own experience and find what feels useful in everyday life.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone

You don't need all the answers. Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself the time and space to breathe.
