There is more to notice than the thoughts running through your mind.
At times, you may know that something feels out of balance without being able to explain exactly why. You might notice changes in your breathing, energy, comfort, emotions or response to your surroundings.
BioEnergetic Wellness offers a way to pay attention to these experiences with curiosity rather than immediately trying to fix them.
My role is to work with you, not for you. Together, we explore what you notice, what it may mean to you and what choices feel appropriate as you move forward.
You do not need prior knowledge of energy-based approaches to begin.
Section 2 | What Does BioEnergetic Wellness Mean?

Awareness of the whole person and the environment in which they live.
BioEnergetic Wellness is a complementary approach that considers how people experience themselves in relation to their bodies, feelings, thoughts, relationships and surroundings.
In practice, this can involve conversation, reflective questions, centering and grounding, attentive observation, and selected experiential techniques.
Rather than treating any single sensation or interpretation as an answer, we make room to notice patterns, ask questions and consider what supports your own sense of wellbeing.
BioEnergetic Wellness is not a diagnostic service, psychotherapy or a substitute for medical care.
Section 3 | What Might We Explore?

Your experience is the starting point.
We may explore the ways you respond to daily demands, moments of ease or tension, the spaces you spend time in, and what happens when you allow yourself to pause.
Some people notice their breathing or posture. Others become aware of emotional responses, assumptions, habits or the difference between what they need and what they feel expected to do.
There is no requirement to experience a particular sensation or to agree with an interpretation. Your observations and choices guide the conversation.
Section 4 | What Happens in a Session?

A collaborative experience, shaped around you.
We begin by talking about what brings you here and what you would like to explore. We then choose an approach together, taking account of your preferences and comfort.
A session may include reflective conversation, centering followed by grounding, and practical awareness experiences. Depending on the session format and your preferences, it may also include selected BioEnergetic Wellness techniques, Therapeutic Touch-informed practices or vibrational tools.
Throughout the experience, you can ask questions, pause or decline an activity. We close by reflecting on what you noticed and whether there is anything you would like to carry into everyday life.
Individual guidance is offered online and in person. Availability of specific experiential methods depends on the session format.
Section 5 | How This Relates to Self-Trust

Awareness can create space for a more intentional response.
BioEnergetic Wellness is one of the professional approaches that informs my work. Self-trust is a central reason I invite people to notice their own experience.
My Self-Trust OS offers five areas to explore: Signals, Direction, Intention, Capacity and Community. It helps organize the information that can influence how you choose and act.
My original Awareness to Alignment Process, Notice, Recognize, Regulate, Re-align, describes a flexible progression from awareness toward intentional response. It is not a rigid sequence that every session must follow.
These are distinct from BioEnergetic Wellness itself. I bring them together where useful, while keeping the origin and purpose of each clear.

Section 6 | The Professional Foundations of My Work

Grounded in study, practice and ongoing inquiry.
My professional background includes a Master of Science in Complementary and Integrative Health with a concentration in BioEnergetic Wellness, as well as training in Therapeutic Touch, Touch for Health, sound-based approaches and Ayurvedic wellness.
My continuing doctoral work explores awareness and the ways individuals engage with their own experience.
My BioEnergetic Wellness education has been informed by Dr. Michelle Greenwell’s work. My Awareness to Alignment Process and Self-Trust OS are my own conceptual frameworks and are identified separately.
I aim to be clear about what comes from established professional training, what comes from my own developing work and what remains a question for research.

Section 7 | An Invitation to Begin

You do not need to know which approach is right for you before reaching out.
If you are curious about BioEnergetic Wellness, we can start with a conversation about what you are noticing and what kind of experience would feel useful.
Together, we can decide whether this approach, Self-Trust & Awareness Guidance or another offering is the better fit.
