Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a symphony of healing instruments (Singing Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Hapi Drum, Gong, and Native Drum). These vibrations wash over you, guiding your mind and body into a profound state of relaxation. Few experiences can release stress and tension as deeply as a full Sound Bath.

Sound FLoat

Float into weightless comfort in a zero-gravity chair while surrounded by seven to eight Singing Bowls placed beneath you. At the same time, up to three bowls are gently placed on your body and tapped in rhythm, sending vibrations through your entire being.

In this space, you may simply relax or choose to share thoughts, feelings, or intentions. The session adapts fully to you—sound becomes a tool to dissolve old patterns, release energetic or emotional blocks, and invite new balance into your life.

This is intentional sound work: a personalized, client-centered experience that combines deep relaxation with the potential for profound inner shifts.

Back De-Stressor / Sound Chair Balance

A focused 20-minute session using Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, and Sound Essences, while you are seated comfortably in a massage chair. This balance targets hips, back, and shoulders, leaving you grounded, relaxed, and renewed.
