Is this therapy?

No. This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. 

If you need clinical support, I will always encourage you to work with a licensed provider.

Is this medical treatment for burnout?

No. Mental health challenges, such as burnout, can have medical aspects. My work focuses on awareness, stress regulation, and sustainable decision-making - not diagnosis.

What happens in a Clarity Group Call?

It’s a guided pause.

You’ll:

  • Understand what’s draining you

  • Learn one tool you can use immediately

It’s supportive, structured, and practical.

What happens in a 1:1 mentoring session?
