Why I Understand Burnout: My Story
I am not just a resilient soul who has triumphed over adversity but also a survivor who has emerged stronger. Born and raised in Germany, my own transformative journey led me to Nova Scotia in 2006, where I wholeheartedly embraced my calling to help others find balance and peace of mind. Drawing from my personal experiences with burnout, adrenal fatigue, and mental health challenges, I developed my signature approach, BioEnergetic Vibrational Tuning.
