Section 1 | Vibrational Sessions

Sometimes slowing down begins with an experience rather than a conversation.

Life can become so busy that we barely notice how much we are holding, physically, mentally or emotionally.

Vibrational sessions offer an opportunity to pause and experience sound and vibration in a supportive environment.

Using instruments such as therapeutic singing bowls and tuning forks, I create an individualized experience that invites you to slow down, notice your responses and reconnect with yourself.

You don't need any previous experience with sound or vibrational work. You can simply arrive as you are.

Section 2 | What Is a Vibrational Session?

An opportunity to experience, notice and respond.

Sound and vibration are experienced in different ways. You may hear a tone, feel a gentle vibration, notice changes in your breathing or simply become more aware of how you are feeling.

During a session, I work with you and respond to what emerges, drawing from my background in BioEnergetic Wellness, Therapeutic Touch and vibrational approaches.

There is no particular sensation you are expected to have, and you don't need to achieve a specific state of relaxation.

The experience is yours.

Different settings. Different experiences. The same intention to create space for awareness.

De-Stress Your Back. A shorter chair-based experience using singing bowls and tuning forks, with attention to the back, shoulders and areas where you may notice tension. A practical way to pause during a busy day.

Sound Float. A longer, more immersive experience while resting in a zero-gravity chair, with singing bowls positioned around and, where appropriate, on the body. Time to settle, receive and notice.

Individualized Vibrational Sessions. Sessions tailored to your circumstances, using a combination of vibrational instruments and BioEnergetic Wellness practices. Available in person, with selected remote approaches also offered.

These are different ways to experience the work, rather than three entirely separate philosophies.

Section 4 | What Happens During a Session?

You don't need to prepare or know what to expect.

We begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what you would like from the experience.

Depending on the type of session, you may remain seated, rest in a reclining chair or lie comfortably on a treatment table.

I use the instruments in ways appropriate to the session, allowing time for you to experience the sound and vibration. I may invite you to notice changes in your breathing, comfort or awareness, without needing to interpret everything.

We finish gently, allowing time to reflect on anything you would like to share.

Section 5 | Sound Bath & Guided Sound Journey

Prefer a shared or guided sound experience?

Alongside individual vibrational sessions, I offer a 60-minute Sound Bath & Guided Sound Journey for individuals, couples and groups.

This experience combines singing bowls, tuning forks, HAPI Drum, all four Koshi chimes, gong and sometimes drum with an intention-led guided journey, journaling, reflection and a closing sound experience.

Unlike an individualized vibrational session, the emphasis is on receiving sound, exploring your own experience and reflecting on what emerges.

Section 6 | An Invitation to Experience

You don't need to understand vibration to experience it.

Whether you are looking for a brief pause in your day or a longer opportunity to slow down, we can explore which session might suit you.

There is no right way to experience the work and no particular outcome you need to achieve.
