No. This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
If you need clinical support, I will always encourage you to work with a licensed provider.
Is this medical treatment for burnout?
No. Burnout can have medical aspects. My work focuses on awareness, stress regulation, and sustainable decision-making — not diagnosis.
What happens in a Clarity Group Call?
